Whitney is a master of bringing new ideas to life. She has spent ten years building brands and cultures for values-driven organizations to empower them to better serve their customers, employees and communities.  She is especially passionate about leveraging customer insights to craft customer experiences with resonance.  

Whitney’s brand development and project management skills are proven with a wide range of high-profile and complex projects, for large corporations, events and conferences, non-profit organizations, local government and small to medium size businesses in a variety of industries. 

Whitney holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business and a B.A. in biology from Dartmouth College.

Schuyler MacFadyen

Schuyler "Sky" MacFadyen is know for asking tough questions - ones that get to the essence of things - in order to create an authentic, engaging visual representation of complex ideas.

Sky has extensive experience in brand strategy, creative direction, and digital & print production. His background in both economics and art enables him to connect sound business strategy, customer psychology, and design to enrich the consumer experience. His most notable clients include Twitter, Airbnb, eBay, and HotelTonight.

Sky holds a B.A. in economics and fine art from Whitman College.

Brandon Smith

strategy & market research

Brandon is passionate about the opportunities that exist at the intersection of business and technology and about bringing transformational technologies to the marketplace. He speaks both business and technical languages fluently, and has translated across disciplines for projects in market research, R&D engineering, technology reviews, business development and product launch strategy. He has leveraged his expertise in innovation ecosystems and new technology adoption with Fortune 50 companies and start-ups alike.
Brandon holds an PhD in Chemistry from Dartmouth, an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business, and a B.A. with honors from Willamette University.
